i just ran for 30 mins on 5.0 speed, (jogging pace)
while my feet and the treadmill are overheating, and me not wearing shoes.
My feet were visibly burned and a little bruised.
Now I know why my mother always told me, "Wear shoes while on the treadmill!"
I didn't listen, bc i thought i would be fine XD
From knee-high to feet, my legs are twitching.
plus i took melatonin, and i feel dizzy and light-headed.
Great time to stress-draw!
